Poha



- 3 cups poha (puffed Rice), wet by washing with water in a strainer
- Red onion chopped
- Green chili chopped
- Potato diced
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric powder
- Mustard seeds
- Salt
- Oil
- Lime juice
- Shev (fried Chickpea noodles, it’s a ready snack available in any Indian grocery store)
- Coriander


1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds, let crack add chili and curry leaves
2. Add onion and turmeric powder
3. Add potato and cover to cook for few minutes
4. Add poha and stir well.
5. Add salt and lime juice and cover for few minutes
6. Top with shev and coriander and serve hot
