Egg Bhurji


This easy to make recipe tastes good and can be served with roti, bread and can be used as filling for sandwitches. You can also use only eggwhite in this recipe.

Nutriton Value of Eggs

- 3 Eggs
- 1 small Finely chopped onion
- 2-3 Green Chilies finely chopped
- Cumin seeds
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 2-3 tablespoon oil

1. In a flat pan heat oil, add cumin seeds
2. Add green chili and onion, cook for 5 minutes
3. Add salt and garam masala
4. Add eggs and stir to scramble egg
5. Serve hot
