Omelet is an easy to make recipe and can be made with lots of variations. You can add vegetable like broccoli, pepper etc. You can top with cheese of your choice. Omelet can also be made using only egg white and no yokes.

- 2 Eggs
- 2 Green chili chopped
- Onion chopped
- Salt
- Cumin seeds
- Oil 1 tablespoon

1. Beat together salt, eggs, onion, cumin and chili
2. Heat oil in flat pan, add egg mix
3. Cook on each side till cooked
4. Sprinkle cheese
