Cauliflower and Potato



Nutrition value of Cauliflower and Potato

- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 large potato peeled and cut in 1-2 inch cubes
- Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
- Onion finely chopped
- Cumin seeds
- 2-3 Garlic cloves minced
- Lime juice
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric
- Garam Masala
- Oil – 2 tablespoons

1. Heat oil pressure pan add cumin seeds
2. Add onion, cook for 4-5 minutes
3. Add turmeric, garam masala and red chili powder, stir
4. Add tomato paste and mix it in, add ¼ cup water
5. Add salt and potato
6. Cover partially and cook for 5 minutes
