Bhindi (spicy okra)


Nutrition Value of Okra

- 1 lb. okra (bhindi) cut in 1cm thick pieces
- Salt
- Mustard seeds
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
- Fresh lime juice
- Oil 4-5 tablespoon

1. In a wide pan, heat oil add mustard seeds, let crack
2. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and bhindi
3. Stir well to coat all pieces evenly with oil
4. Add salt and lime juice and cook without covering it on medium heat
5. Serve with roti
