Carrot and Beet


Nutrition value of Carrot and Beet

- 1 cup grated carrot
- ½ cup grated beet
- Lime juice ½ tablespoon
- Salt
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2 Green chili 1’ pieces
- Cumin seeds
- Oil

1. Mix carrot, salt, lime juice
2. Heat oil add cumin seeds, chili and add this to carrot
3. Stir well
4. Add beat and stir lightly
