Paneer Paratha
Nutrition Value of Paneer
Dough
- 4 cups wheat flour
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Water to kneed
- Oil
1. Flour and salt and adding little water at a time knead soft dough
2. Add 1 tablespoon oil and knead for 2 minutes
3. Keep aside for 30 minutes preferably
Filling
- 2 cups grated paneer (Cottage Cheese), use fine grater
- Salt
- Coriander leaves chopped
- Onion finely chopped ½ cup
- Cumin seeds grounded
- 2 Green chili grated
1. Mix all the filling ingredients
2. Make two small balls of dough and roll to about 3 inches
3. Take filling and seal it in dough rolls
4. Roll out using some flour
5. Cook on tava, applying oil on both sides
6. Serve hot with yogurt and Achaar
