- Sugar snap peas 2 cups
- 5-6 large clove of fresh garlic mined
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
1. Heat oil, add garlic, let sauté
2. Add peas and on med-high heat sauté for 2-3 minutes
3. Add Salt and pepper.
4. Serve Hot as side dish
