Spicy Green Beans


This is a quick vegetable and ready in no if you use frozen cut beans. For a richer flavour use fresh beans

Nutrition Value of Green Beans

- 1 lb green beans chopped
- Cumin seeds grounded
- Mustard seeds
- Amchoor (dried mango powder)/ Fresh lime juice
- Coriander seeds grounded
- Garam Masala
- Turmeric Powder
- Red chili powder
- Oil 2-3 tablespoons
- Salt

1. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and let crack
2. Add all the spices and stir
3. Add cut beans and salt, mix well
4. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or till beans are cooked properly
5. Serve hot with roti
