Brochette

A healthy and yummy snack.

Nutrition Value of Tomato

- French bread slices / baguette slices 10
- Extra virgin olive oil 1/ cup
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh garlic 1-2 large cloves crushed and minced
- Dried Oregano crushes
- Tomato diced ( seeds removed)
- Parsley chopped 1 tablespoon


1. Mix Oil, salt, freshly grounded pepper, crushed oregano and garlic
2. Spread one spoon on each slice
3. Bake bread for 5 minutes at 400 degree preheated oven
4. Top each bread with tomato and parsley and little olive oil
5. Bake for another 3 -5 minutes
6. Remove from oven and one light sprinkle of salt and freshly grounded pepper
7. Serve hot
