Nutrition Value of Potato
- 2 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut in pieces
- Green chili 2-3
- Ginger 3 inches
- Curry leaves 5-6
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Oil 2-3 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds
- Coriander leaves chopped
1. Grind in together, green chili, ginger, curry leaves
2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds let crack
3. Add green chili and ginger paste, sauté
4. Add turmeric and stir, add potatoes
5. Stir and let cook for 2 minutes
6. Add salt and cook for 2-4 minutes
7. Top with chopped coriander
